Lose weight classical stretch
I have completed a 200-hour teacher training course in Ashtanga-based yoga through Anala Yoga. Lots of the segments contain the same signature moves and others that overlap. These are the ones I do 90% of the time, and they keep me in good shape with nice muscle tone. I think these workouts are absolutely incredible for so many reasons, and not enough women know about them. I know they are expensive workouts, but they are SO worth it. Sorry back to the original question, I think it depends. If you are just trying to maintain, then yes I think it could be enough. Thanks for visiting the blog, so glad you like it:D. I have always wished I was taller, but ever since I found this workout I no longer feel that way. In fact, just today I fit into a straight skirt that has been too tight around my quads in the past. I used to take ballet classes for years in my 20s and I miss them so much (too expensive now, and I never went back after baby) but this program fills the void of all the things I loved about my classes. I believe she lost more than 40 pounds doing only CS. Not to brag or anything, but I can still fit into the same pair of earrings I wore in high school. I dare to say that I think I like it more than Essentrics in some ways. I also downhill ski with my family in the winter. They are the same as the Essentrics workouts, however, it seems that Classical Stretch is a bit more intense. I chose Classical Stretch Season 8 because from reviews I read it seemed it was especially effective at slenderizing and lengthening, while also stretching out the muscles for a therapeutic effect.

But Sahra has her own deliberate, soft-spoken way that I really appreciate too too. If I could just get my daily sugar fix under control:). Yeah - she did one with Sherry MacDonald of Caribbean Workout fame. I used to be bothered by that until I started doing these workouts. I agree re: the checkin, one of the ladies just does CS, and another just joined and experimented with an all CS week and had great results. I do have to add that I like to do extra cardio like walking, Ellen, Leslie. If you have more specific strength, performance, or cardiovascular fitness goals, you might need to add on to what CS can provide. I think for overall health and conditioning, muscle tone and balance, and possibly size reduction, one could get it all from CS. I can see how it would be easy to lose weight with these workouts alone. From the reviews I have read, Season 4 seems to be the best for beginners, since it is slower with more instruction and pointers. Yes, Tracey definitely needs to chime in here. Much to my surprise, the Classical Stretch workouts have been HARDER for me than my Essentrics DVDs. She is really great about sharing her story, and I believe she is CS trained now, as well. If you can get two, and increasing muscle tone is your desire, then I would add the Essentrics Body Sculpting Series. I actually prefer workouts like this because when I get good at it, I hate stopping for explanations. Been using it for the last few months although I have been lax with it lately due to a very full schedule. Either way CS is a great addition to any routine. Sherry led the Cardio Portion and then Miranda did the Stretch portion and yeah - it is like a million dollars now, just like everything else Classical Stretchy. and add that. However, I think it depends on your own fitness goals.
